Responsible party and scope
Unif-AI Inc. is responsible for personal information it uses to respond to Auxiliar commercial inquiries and arrange demos. Its public address is 1350 E Highland St., Southlake, TX 76092, United States. Carlos Molina handles privacy requests at cjm@embeddinglabs.com. Client records processed within a contracted service have separate agreed arrangements.
Information and purposes
We use identification/contact information you provide, including name and email, appointment date/time and related communications, and organization/workflow information you choose to discuss. Website hosting receives connection/request metadata, such as IP, URL and time. We use these to respond, arrange and prepare a demo, understand your business need, evaluate a possible engagement, follow up, protect operation and meet legal obligations. Please do not submit sensitive data, identity documents, credentials, client accounting files or personal financial information for a booking or initial inquiry. Booking does not subscribe you to advertising or authorize training models on your information. Any additional purpose requiring consent is presented separately, and refusal does not prevent answering your inquiry. Email us to limit business follow-up.
Recipients and international processing
The demo link opens the external Google Calendar page “Agenda una demo — Embedding Labs”, offering 45-minute appointments and a Google Meet link after booking. Google Calendar, Meet and Workspace handle booking, meetings and correspondence; Google Cloud hosts the website/API. Carlos receives the information needed to handle the inquiry; your own communication providers also process messages/invitations. Processing may occur in the United States and other provider countries. Processing on instructions differs from a transfer to a third party for its own purposes; Google's privacy notice covers its own-purpose processing. We do not assume every Google product always acts in one role. Before a transfer by us requiring your consent, we identify its recipient/purpose and offer acceptance or refusal. A legally permitted or required disclosure without consent is limited to the applicable exception; visiting this page does not authorize all transfers.
Retention
Our policy retains inquiry/demo records for 12 months after closure. Necessary contracted-service records follow the agreement and legal duties. Required preservation and restriction before deletion are respected. Provider/backup copies can follow different cycles; the policy does not certify automatic erasure of all copies. An incompatible new purpose needs the appropriate lawful basis and notice.
Requests and ARCO rights
Contact Carlos by email or at the public address for access, correction, cancellation, objection, use/disclosure limits or withdrawal of consent. Provide your name, reply method, requested action and details to locate the record; identify corrections and supporting material where relevant. We verify identity/representation proportionately; wait for instructions before sending identity documents. Where the Mexican LFPDPPP applies, the ARCO determination is due within 20 business days of receipt and an approved request is implemented within the following 15 business days; justified one-time extensions of an equal period are permitted. Access is electronic after verification. Electronic request handling is free. We explain a refusal or limit. Revocation/limitation uses the same contact and proportionate verification; we explain its effect and any duties preventing immediate deletion. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. You may approach the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno through the procedures available under the law.
Changes and technologies
Updates appear on this page by date/version, with direct material-change notice where required. An update cannot replace required consent. Google's booking page has its own technologies; our website pages do not install visitor analytics or advertising tracking and do not store preferences in your browser.
