What we do.
We design and develop AI applications around each client’s workflows, data and operating requirements. Each one combines data and knowledge systems, AI agents and workflow automation, and deployment into everyday operation. Discovery is part of building: we start from the operating problem, then take the product from a working prototype through production implementation, technical documentation and operational handover, with ongoing maintenance and support available.
Source-code access, maintenance scope and recovery arrangements are defined by each application and customer agreement.

Embedding Labs is founder-led. Carlos Molina leads product design and architecture and is the principal developer of every application. He plans products, systems and infrastructure with high-reasoning frontier models, coordinates coding agents through internal agent-assisted engineering infrastructure, and implements with Codex, Claude Code and Cursor. Your domain experts and IT staff join where the work needs them.

His work has included international client relationships, regulated technology programs, cross-border financial operations and AI-enabled workflow applications. That operating background informs how Embedding Labs discovers business problems, maps data and control requirements, and designs applications with clear human decision points.
