Notes & disclosures
Notes and disclosures.
These notes apply to the whole site. Privacy, terms, cookies, security and accessibility have their own pages.
- Images
- The portraits of Carlos Molina are photographs of him with an AI-edited background. The other photographs and scenes on this site, including the study scenes, are AI-generated illustrations. They do not show Embedding Labs staff, clients or premises. The system diagrams are ours.
- Examples
- Worked examples use invented names, amounts and records. Figures in examples, such as the capacity calculation on How we work, are assumptions chosen to show the arithmetic, not results or quotations.
- Project stages
- Each Embedding Labs project shows one stage. In production: the client runs the application in its own operations. In use (limited release): a defined group of users works with the application while it is extended. Delivered: a finished piece of work handed to the client. Project pages describe systems and how they work; where we don’t give a figure, we are not reporting a measured outcome.
- Auxiliar AI
- Invoice and bank workflows are in use in the limited release; the month-end close and client-knowledge components described on its pages are being added.
- Work before Embedding Labs
- The systems on Carlos Molina’s page were delivered by PIB Technology Limited and by Momento, before Embedding Labs was founded in 2024. Former employers and institutions are named to describe his career; they do not endorse Embedding Labs.
- Clients and other companies
- We name a client only with its permission to disclose the project. RSM, American Airlines, Ingersoll Rand and Mexamerik names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners; each logo is shown as published by the client, unmodified. A client testimonial appears only after its speaker has approved the wording. Other company names identify technologies, institutions or services involved in a project; they do not mean endorsement, certification or partnership.
- Engagements
- These pages describe how we work in general terms. Scope, responsibilities, support, acceptance criteria and fees are set in each engagement agreement. Nothing here guarantees a result.
- Contact and privacy
- First contact is by email. Please don’t send confidential client records, passwords or sensitive personal information in a first message. See the Privacy notice.
- Corrections
- If something here is wrong or unclear, write to cjm@embeddinglabs.com.
